Before first use

Read the manufacturer's instructions in full and keep them. Inspect the product and its charging accessories, and do not use anything that arrives damaged. Charge as directed before first use where the product requires it.

Using a product safely

Use each product only for its intended purpose, as described by its manufacturer. Stop using it immediately if you experience pain, irritation or any adverse reaction, and seek medical advice if symptoms persist.

Check the manufacturer's guidance on water resistance before immersing a product or using it in the shower or bath. A product not stated to be waterproof should not be submerged.

Check material compatibility before using any lubricant. The manufacturer's compatibility guidance takes priority over general advice.

Cleaning

Clean before and after every use, following the manufacturer's method. Allow a product to dry fully before storing it. Do not use cleaning products the manufacturer has not approved.

Products used by more than one person should be cleaned thoroughly between users and, where appropriate, used with a barrier.

Charging and batteries

Use only the charger or cable supplied with the product, or one the manufacturer has specified. Do not leave a product charging for longer than the manufacturer recommends, and do not charge a product that is wet or damaged.

Do not attempt to open, modify or repair a product or its battery. If a battery becomes hot, swollen or damaged, stop using the product immediately and contact us.

Batteries and electrical products should not be put in household waste. Please dispose of them through your local authority's recycling arrangements for waste electricals and batteries.

Storage

Store products clean, dry and separately, away from direct sunlight and extremes of temperature, and out of reach of children.

If something is not right

If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrect or not as described, stop using it and contact support@essilro.com with your order number, a description and clear photographs where relevant. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected. See our Refund Policy.

If you believe a product presents a safety risk, please tell us straight away so we can investigate with the manufacturer or supplier and take appropriate action.
