These Terms & Conditions govern your use of essilro.com and purchases made from ESSILRO (“we”, “us” or “our”). Please read them before placing an order. Our Privacy Policy, Delivery information and Returns policy also apply.

1. Adult use only

ESSILRO is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. You must not purchase an age-restricted item for anyone under 18.

2. Website use

You may use the website only for lawful personal shopping. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content at scale or use our content or branding without permission.

3. Product information

We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, compatibility, colours and images accurately. Screen displays and packaging may vary. Read the product information and manufacturer's instructions before purchase and use. Products are not medical devices or substitutes for professional medical advice unless expressly stated.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable UK VAT where required, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs are shown before you place the order. Payment must be authorised through one of the methods offered at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing or description error and will contact you before proceeding where it affects an order.

5. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not mean we have accepted it. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been dispatched, unless we expressly accept it earlier. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance, including where an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, information is incomplete, fraud is suspected, delivery restrictions apply or an obvious error has occurred. Any payment taken for a cancelled order will be refunded.

6. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimates are shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or a person you nominate, unless you arranged an independent carrier. Please see our Delivery page for further information.

7. Cancellation and returns

Eligible consumers may cancel an online purchase within 14 days after receipt and then have a further 14 days to return the goods. The right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. This commonly applies to intimate wellness products. 8. Faulty goods and statutory rights

Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other mandatory consumer law. The hygiene exception for change-of-mind returns does not remove rights relating to faulty, damaged, unsafe or misdescribed goods.

9. Safe and appropriate use

Follow all manufacturer instructions, warnings, charging, cleaning, storage and compatibility guidance. Stop using an item if it is damaged, becomes unusually hot, causes pain or irritation, or appears unsafe. Seek appropriate professional advice if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, have recently had surgery, use an implanted medical device or are uncertain whether a product is suitable for you.

10. Intellectual property

The website and its text, design, graphics, photographs, logos and branding are owned by or licensed to ESSILRO and protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and use them for personal, non-commercial shopping only.

11. Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party websites we do not control. Payment, delivery and other providers may also apply their own lawful terms and privacy notices.

12. Our responsibility

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, business losses arising from consumer use, or loss caused by misuse contrary to supplied instructions.

13. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect, keep you informed where appropriate and comply with your legal rights.

14. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes in law, services or business operations. The terms applying to an order are those in force when the order is placed, unless a change is required by law.

15. Severability and waiver

If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections of your home jurisdiction and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
